I made a kiddy mod for counter-strike you can download the 1.5 version here and the 1.6 version here I haven't organized any media for it but I can give you a short description, basically the player models and hostages are cartoon types and your guns are colored and look like plastic and they fire paint. It has paintball type sounds and funny joke sounds as well. So really it's a whole new cs experience very different and very soft, so now you wont upset the teachers or your mum with the gory violence that cs is. To install I would suggest to extract it to your desktop and then drag and drop it where its supposed to go. Have fun I hope to add some media for it at some time. Like all my other work feel free to mirror this any where you like, a courtesy email would be nice though.

Do you want to use content control for CS ? Perhaps you have kids you don't want them to see the blood and gibs etc . Well just follow the instructions below and there you'll have it . Also you can download sprites and a wad that make the blood appear in the game that I have made transparent . The info below works for HL deathmatch too .

Add the above string to your short cuts command target ( beside your -console ) . If your unfamiliar firstly you right click your cs or hl shortcut (the one you use ) and you click then "properties" . Then you will see General and Shortcut click shortcut and you will see in the first box named target . In there you will probably see something like C:\Sierra\Half-Life\hl.exe then add the above string . You can also add -console to enter your console during the game .
